We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We hope you can use the long weekend as a chance to relax, enjoy the party, and make the most of your time in Taipei!

We kindly request cocktail attire. Lightweight fabrics such as linen, silk, or breathable blends will help keep you comfortable in Taipei.

The venue includes stairs, uneven ground, and outdoor spaces. We recommend block heels or flats instead of stilettos. It may be breezy on the hillside, so bring a light layer for the evening.

We will be arriving the weekend before the wedding to prepare and will have some informal activities that week. We recommend arriving at least a day or two early to adjust to the time difference and explore the Taipei.

We’re providing shuttles from the Renaissance Taipei Shihlin Hotel to the wedding venue, departing at 4:10pm on Saturday, October 10. The ride takes about 10–15 minutes, and cocktail hour begins promptly at 4:30pm. More pickup details will follow.

After the celebration ends at 9pm, shuttles will take guests back to the hotel or to the afterparty at Maji Square.

If you arrange your own transportation, please allow extra time: the venue is in the Yangmingshan foothills, and the one-way mountain road can become busy.

Yes! Our main celebrations are welcome drinks at Staff Only on Friday, October 9, from 5–8pm, and the wedding on Saturday, October 10, beginning at 4:30pm.

For early arrivals, our tentative optional plans include an Elephant Mountain hike and breakfast on Tuesday morning, October 6; Kavalan Whisky Bar in Taipei on Tuesday evening; and Shilin Night Market on Thursday, October 8. Let Rebecca or Ryan know if you’d like to join, especially for the whisky bar reservation.

After the wedding, join us at Maji Square. Shuttles will be available from the venue after the celebration ends at 9pm. For those still ready to dance, Ryan will lead the after-afterparty toward Taipei 101 at 1:30am.

We celebrated our Tea Ceremony at Seattle Harbor in Seattle on July 25, 2026, honoring Rebecca’s Chinese heritage by serving tea to our elders and gathering for a Chinese banquet, music, and dancing. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this special day! We can’t wait to continue the celebrations in Taiwan.
